Refund Policy

for Website Services

At Newnormz (My Weekend Plan Sdn Bhd), we strive to deliver high-quality website services that meet our clients’ needs. However, if you are not fully satisfied, our refund policy is as follows:

Project Initiation Fee: Initial deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. This fee covers the resources allocated and initial development setup.

Service Satisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the work delivered, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of the milestone delivery. We will work to address and resolve any issues to your satisfaction.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered only if significant delays or failure to deliver agreed-upon milestones occur, and only after reasonable efforts to resolve the issues have been made.

No Refunds for Completed Projects: Once the website project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be provided.

Service Cancellation: If a project is canceled by the client, any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed, and the client will be responsible for payment.
